Return & Refund Policy
At Pelican Post, each adventure envelope is carefully prepared and personalized for our Explorers.
Because subscription envelopes contain printed materials and collectible items, we generally do not accept returns once an envelope has been shipped.
If your envelope arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll do our best to make things right.
Subscription cancellations can be made at any time. Cancellation requests apply to future shipments and do not affect envelopes that have already been prepared or mailed.
